Another great way to stop smoking and it does not require pill, patches or even cold turkey, it is Hypnosis. You don’t have to quit smoking overnight and you should not expect to but over time you will see great changes in your health, everyday that you stop smoking. Unless you have the desire to quit smoking very badly, it is not recommended that you quit cold turkey.

Reasons for quitting may vary and you should make a list of the pros of smoking and the cons and see which one out weighs the other.
